Core product lines are: drawing and stamping fluids (featuring Eco Draw^®)and coolants (featuring MSF Cool). Our customer service representatives take a data-driven approach to find a solution to a customer’s manufacturing problem. We demonstrate a client’s return on investment for both our production trials and product use through measurable data such as press speed (strokes per minute – SPM), tool coating life studies, reject-rate studies and more. We hold ourselves accountable to our customers by preparing and presenting data.

Representatives work in partnership to identify needs and prepare for trials. The process involves developing test criteria, verifying current measurements, recording trial data and providing a report that includes next step recommendations.

We introduced effective clean-technology lubricants before “green” was ever coined and were the first to receive approval for use of a synthetic stamping lubricant for automotive and appliance parts.
